One-Year Cruise Hospitality Marine Diploma
Our comprehensive one-year diploma is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for a thriving career on international cruise ships. We welcome all who are interested; your educational qualification is not a barrier for us.
Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to young men and women between 17 and 25 years old. We accept applications from those who have passed the 10th grade, plus two (in any subject), and any degree holders. We also offer special coaching classes for students who need to complete their plus two.

Core Curriculum
1. Main Subjects in Hospitality
This module covers all facets of guest services and management, including Introduction to Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Operations, Accommodation Management / Housekeeping Operations, Customer Service in Hospitality, Hospitality Marketing and Sales, Event Management, Human Resource Management in Hospitality, Hospitality / Cruise Law, Business Communication, Essential IT Skills, and Financial Management for Hospitality.

2. Marine-Related Subjects
This section provides specialized knowledge for the maritime environment. Subjects include a Cruise Industry Overview, Cruise Ship Operations, Cruise Ship Safety and Security, Nautical Studies / Technical Vocabulary, International Maritime Policy and Law, and Port Operations.

3. STCW Basic Safety Training
Essential for any maritime career, this mandatory training includes Personal Survival Techniques (PST), Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (FPFF), Elementary First Aid (EFA), Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (PSSR), and the PSF Course.

Additional Skill Development
To provide a competitive edge, we offer training in additional potential subjects such as Foreign Language Proficiency, Public Relations, Food Presentation Art and Service, Room Decoration and Service, and the operations of a Catering Department on a Merchant Navy Ship.
